Rosneft asks for duty-free imports of equipment for inland waters
MOSCOW, Nov 26 (PRIME) -- Russian oil major Rosneft has asked the Industry and Trade Ministry to relieve the equipment that the company planned to use in works on inland waters and territorial seas until 2045 of the import duties, a ministry official told PRIME on Tuesday.
“Rosneft filed a request to the Industry and Trade Ministry asking it to relieve of the customs duties and value-added tax the foreign equipment that will be used in the projects in inland waters of the Russian Federation until 2045,” the spokesperson said.
At the same time, the company has not yet submitted a detailed list of the equipment, the official added.
